This is not a inch-by-inch review but merely my first impression:

The case study as it currently stands is ok as a community case study but has to be much improved to be considered for a featured spot. Please check out some of the other featured reviews to see the deepth those case studies provide. At the moment I cannot see what your case study would make special enough to be featured (technical features, performance, special hurdles to overcome etc). Please also have a look at https://drupal.org/node/1588136 for further instructions.

Hi, is true this site is not a "technical special website" but I think is good for Drupal because is a multisite for a very popular multinational company like Kimberly-Clark.
