Hi,

When selecting the options (referencing entity's) is there a possibility to sort the selected ones?

For example entity A references X, Y, Z.

The admin can drag them in this order: X, Z, Y

Is this possible?

To answer the original poster's question

If you want to control the order they are displayed when selected
you can use a view and do there any sorting supported by views

and here comes the feature request

what if one wants to have them sorted alphabetically on select
but still display them in the order they are SELECTED (not necessarilly alphabetical)
current behaviour when using view for selection
will have them displayed in the same order they are sorted by the VIEW

if there is already a way to do this please describe how its done
