This patch needs functional testing to verify that node access is properly enforced when we hide this field.

Tested #1 with an existing Commons install and found that it prevented the Group Content visibility field from ever being displayed in the UI. I also used the Devel Node Access module to check node access with the field hidden and found that there were no changes.
