Notice: Undefined index: commerce_license

First, I want to thank you on the development of version 2.x. I'm loving it so far. A couple things I had to create hooks in 1.x is already implemented. (Hiding file download link without purchase is one for example)

After the July 24, 2013 dev build. I am now getting this error on the "Licenses" page (Store/Licenses) and when viewing full content of a product node with "Add to Cart" showing.

Notice: Undefined index: commerce_license in commerce_file_get_product_license() (line 307 of /xxxxx/xxxx/public_html/test/sites/all/modules/commerce_file/commerce_file.module).

If a license is purchased the error disappears on the product node view. But still exists on the admin page.
