Set up github repositories for all libraries referenced in bower.json

As the packages hosted on http://sindresorhus.com/bower-components/ mostly don't contain minified versions and instead sometimes even have the full src tree in there we should set up github libraries for them with just the src and minified files (no cruft).

This blocks the RC release tag from happening.
