The pane-messages.tpl.php file returns the HTML for Panels Everywhere's messages pane.

Available variables:

This template utilizes the following variables that are normally found in page.tpl.php.

$tabs

Tabs linking to any sub-pages beneath the current page (e.g., the view and edit tabs when displaying a node).

$messages

HTML for status and error messages. Should be displayed prominently.

$help

Dynamic help text, mostly for admin pages.

$action_links

Actions local to the page, such as 'Add menu' on the menu administration interface.
