It's almost a straight copy of node_links.inc. Very simple and works great for me. Would be a great addition IMHO.

MichelleI tested this and it works fine. Once I had a comment context, I was able to add the links and they worked. One thing I noticed is that if I use the link to edit the comment and save it, I end up back at the node page and not at the custom page. I don't know if this is an issue; just pointing it out.
