Disable the Group Privacy module if enabled when upgrading to Commons 3.3

With Commons 3.3, we've eliminated the Group Privacy module, since this functionality is now part of Commons Groups.

Let's automatically disable the group_privacy module as part of commons_groups_update_3109(), before reverting the Commons groups fields.

We can also document that we recommend people remove the deprecated commons_group_privacy module from the filesystem.
