Open Outreach is a great package, and I am now creating my second non-profit site with it. Thanks for making it available!
I have created a new content type that includes a "Date" field and uses the pop-up calendar. I am adding content that needs to be backdated to 2005, but the pop-up calendar only goes back to 2010. What settings do I change to allow for the selection of dates older than 2010? I cannot find it anywhere in the documentation, and I am relatively new to Drupal.
We will be launching this new site in the near future, and I have years of old content to input and backdate, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
(I also sent a message via the Open Outreach site contact form. My apologies for any unnecessary duplication. I was just not sure which way to put in this request for support.)

firesidelibrarian CreditAttribution: firesidelibrarian commentedI figured out how to do it:
Administration » Structure » Content types » Radio Show » Manage fields > More settings & values > Date entry options
Set "starting year" to -10 years from now.
Closing the issue myself. Thanks for having this system available.
Hope someone else can use this...

hallswah CreditAttribution: hallswah commentedHi there,
I am having the same issue and what I am finding is that I dont seem to have the 'More settings & values' option at all.
Is there something I am missing here?
I am using Drupal 7.

Go to admin/structure/types/manage/event/fields/field_event_date and this is where you should find the More setting and values that lets you specify this. Depending on what version of Open Outreach you're using you need to ensure that the Field UI module is enabled.
