major overhaul of enquiry checkout in latest dev - still work to do but definitely an improvement and this specific issue is now fixed.

I can confirm this is indeed not fixed.

Go to /admin/rooms/config/bookings and then select "Rooms checkout settings". The fieldset "ENQUIRY CHECKOUT FORM SETTINGS" Cannot be expanded due to a JS error in rooms_color.js line 13. jQuery.on() is not supported without the jQuery Update module. The problem is fixed by installing jQuery Update and setting it to use version 1.7 or higher for administration pages.

Rooms maintainers should consider either making jQuery Update a dependency since they rely on it in the backend or change the file to not use $.on().
