If I update a JS file, the advagg aggregated JS files are not rebuilt, even if I execute a full cache clear (drush cc all).

With core aggregation, the aggregated JS files pick up my change after a full cache clear.

Is there a different way in advagg that I am supposed to trigger the aggregates to update?
