Override field values are not being saved.

Steps to reproduce
Add a long text field to a file type and check that the field can be overridden in the WYSIWYG. Optionally set a default value.

Embed a file of this file type and override the value of the long text field.

Go back to the edit form for the embedded file. The value of the long text field is the default value, not the override value.
