I want to change the title of the Block and link it to our Facebook page. Currently this is not possible within the module.

Hello HeathN,

The block title can be changed in the same way as any other block in Drupal. Regarding the link to the Facebook page, you can configure the block at Structure > Blocks > 'Theme' in D7: the block will be called "'Your site name' on Facebook".
