Create a feed importer template for importing dataset nodes

This seemed like a good idea until I looked more closely at the Feeds UI. After creating a source->destination mapping in feeds, and admin cannot edit the mapping. They can only delete the mapping and then create a replacement. This greatly reduces the utility of bundling a pre-configured feed importer with this module.
