The notices (on page and in watchdog).

1) There are two declarations of [some_theme_function] Therefore, the include file /blah/blah was skipped.
2) Notice: Undefined variable: title in include() (line 49 of .../themes/omega/templates/block/block.tpl.php.

I will get the 2nd one anywhere from a handful to several dozen times on a page. It has also said that message for other tpl.php files, not just block. It also said that error for the /themes/ohm/templates folder until I deleted the ohm/ directory.

I am using a subtheme within a different folder from omega, used the drush wizard to create it.

It seems if I kick the theme settings in the pants by 'enable & set default' some other theme, disable everything Omega, then go back and enable & set default my Omega 4 subtheme, everything is peachy until I clear all caches. After clearing all caches, these errors will randomly appear (I wish I could be more specific, but it happens unpredictably or consistently repeatable).

Also at times it causes the site (whole page) to lose structure, design, css.

(Otherwise love the theme, thanks for your efforts)
