Draft node always needs moderator

My drupal is only for personal blog, so, I only turn on akismet for comments. But I found when I post a node with "published" attribute, it's ok, akismet doesn't send me any mail. But if I post a node as a draft, then akismet always sends a mail and ask me to moderator. Is it normal ?
