Issue adding / removing parent

In the submit handler for adding parents to a term (taxonomy_manager_term_data_form_submit_parents_add()), we are deleting the root entry from the database instead of updating the term object. I think we should be deleting the root parent from the term object and let taxonomy_term_save handle updating the database.
