Please mention that the Entity Tokens module is required to get at individual fields in a field collection [#2069367]

Problem/Motivation

I spent quite a while trying to figure out why tokens "weren't working" – I didn't realize that the Entity Tokens module was required to enable access to the individual fields within a field collection.

Proposed resolution

Add a Dependancies section and say something like:

To use the contents of a field collection as tokens you must install and enable the Entity Tokens module.

Remaining tasks

Identify other dependencies.

User interface changes

None.

API changes

None.
