The page is there on path:
admin/structure/types/manage/TYPE/auto_label

on standard bartik and seven theme

I cleared cashes.

There is a menu item at the better administration menu:
Administration » Structure » Content types
But not on the page itself.
comments are not reachable

getting the same results. if I manually put "auto_label" at the end of the admin URL for any content type I see the options.

replaced "media" with TYPE as this may confuse.
