When saving an event with an exception and a different time zone, the time zone always defaults to UTC when I would like for it to be saved in the user's timezone, otherwise it changes the date for some timezones.

bdlangton CreditAttribution: bdlangton commentedIn addition to the above patch, you need to not set a timezone for the excluded date, so when it is calculating which dates to exclude it won't readjust and possibly change the date.
