First what i seen - .toolbar-shortcuts take background from kickstart.css
Second is tiptip plugin - when i logged in, tooltip shows in wrong positions (at left top of screen)

Hey, thanks for trying it out!

I haven't tested the tiptip plugin yet. It sounds like the element you are trying to apply the tooltip to is not positioned. If you set it to position:relative in css, the tooltip should be correctly positioned.

I will make those CSS changes in my next commit, which should be in the next month or so.
