I'm having the same problem. Also, if users go to the Newsletter Subscriptions on their account pages and try to unsubscribe, after save it's showing the users are still checked (subscribed) to the Newsletters. I checked my list on MailChimp and it shows the unsubscribe was successful. Web hooks are enabled and working fine. Looks to be a database issue.
