Follow-up from #2076259: Introduce drush command to download the chosen library.

Now where we have a real drush integration for downloading the chosen library, the make file is kinda obsolete, but I'd like to keep it as an example file for people adding chosen to their own makefiles.

I Think hats a good idea to keep the makefile. But the patch doesn't work so well ~ the process of renaming is not included in the patch....
