Compatibility with wysiwyg_ckeditor

Here's a patch to add support for wysiwyg_ckeditor module: NB in the Wysiwyg profile settings, you need to add both the ckeditor vendor's 'Link' button as well as the ckeditor_link button 'DrupalPath' to the toolbar. (The DrupalPath button won't show up in edit forms).
