I want to use Exclude Title for my home pages. However when I turn it on for those pages (at the page level), it prevents users from seeing Blocks in the Content Top area of a Zen-based theme.

I can see the Blocks fine as User 1.

I wasn't able to reproduce this using Zen. Are you able to reproduce this on a fresh Drupal 6.28 install with Zen?
