Module maintainer status

Hi, I'm currently examining this module.
What's the current real maintainer status for this module?

There are 192 open issues as of the time of this writing, 88 of them are open bug reports, and 37 of those are for Drupal 7.x.
The last commit is older than a year, and still on the project page it is stated that this module is "Actively maintained" and "Under active development". All that comes with more than 13k installs.

Is anybody working on all those issues?
