It seems to me after doing a search in the current version of the module, that the animationEnabled option of the openlayers_layer_type_google, is not getting used anywhere in the module.

Am i missing something?

Hi Nagy,

It is used automatically because we pass in the whole 'options' variable.
Check line 24 of openlayers/plugins/layer_types/openlayers_layer_type_google.js
