Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.If the country dropdown is not enabled, the users will still be able to input international numbers, provided they input them in international format. The country code field is rendered as a hidden input field. However its value set always to the 'default country code' instead of that of the user has entered. Although it saves the country code correctly, the hidden input field doesn't respect the actual value.
The following patch solves this little bug.
