CIS Service RestWS
Adds Restful webservice support to any distribution that implements it. Creates account based on registry too.
Conflicts with: cis_roles (Enabled) in user_permission [access resource node], user_role [SERVICE ACCOUNT]

Those two are for installation in mood or other distros that talk to CIS so the conflict is some what intentional since everything uses the cas connector library as a whole. We could split the services stuff out into a different package to avoid this.
