As I understand it, if you say do not show this facet if there are less than 2 items and you have a scenario where one term will result in a language facet showing two languages but another one would only return one language, then with this setting the one with only one language should be hidden, but the one with two or more should be shown.

This wasn't working in this version so I've fixed it. Please review my patch.

Already fixed at:
#1776592: The "Show if minimum items" filter is not working
You can use latest git version until release come.
Also I see you have a lot of modifications in your patch. If you want co contribute this changes you can create another issues.
