The attribute "lang" is double in the conditional comments in html.tpl

<!--[if gt IE 8]><!--> <html class="no-js" lang="de" lang="de" dir="ltr"> <!--<![endif]-->

I also use the module i18n....

Spend even without the i18n, I plotted and language puts the template to all attributes, thereby removing each lang tags conditionally validate perfectly.
