I'm looking for a reddit/digg clone in Drupal.
Does such a thing exist?

If not, can I make it myself even if I'm not a php guru?

You can find the full source code on Github with hundreds of folks. They are not Drupal based but can be fully imllemented. Please be aware that the Reddit engine require quite a big dedicated server resources.
