Drupal 6 site

Webform module installed. Tried installing all versions on webform 6. Does not allow components to be added. Throws a blank page.

Please advice.

Hm, with 100K installs of Webform 3.19 for Drupal 6, I don't think this is a universal problem, so I'm moving this to a support request. Generally, a blank page means a PHP error has occurred, but without knowing what that PHP error is, we don't have any way of fixing it.

I'd suggest enabling the "display_errors" option in your php.ini file to get a report of the actual error message. We also just released Webform 3.20, which may fix the problem. Considering this problem isn't reproducible for me, we haven't gotten any confirming reports, and it's been months since this was filed, I'm going to close this issue directly. Please reopen if this problem is still occurring for you, with additional information on the actual error.
