There are a few fixes in here for urls in the warning messages to set the picture settings, an update about a path in the README.txt file. Also, included is a fix for a warning under php 5.4 (see #1762080: warning under php 5.4 for the fix -- credit to @agentmike). Lastly, there is a fix to display the module's "avatar.png" and "avatar-clear.png" files correctly when selecting on the config page.
