I did not test it but it's supposed to be possible to build a store using Authcache 1.x plus Commerce Authcache. There is also a post explaining the implementation on the authors blog.
Though Authcache 2.x has the advantage, that it is capable of caching anonymous sessions, and not only authenticated sessions. An anonymous session is started as soon as an anonymous user starts to put stuff into the cart. Please read the the tutorial for a step by step guide.
