This bug is reported in the dev version but I am experiencing it in the current release. Seems to be only happening with the Google CDN actually.

jaydee1818 CreditAttribution: jaydee1818 commentedNo, definitely not fixed. I tried switching to the latest dev version; however the results are the same. If I select Google or Microsoft as the CDN source in the JQuery Update module, the Back to Top arrow fails to do anything when clicked. If I switch to JQuery as the source, it works. I need to Google as the source because it serves its file in the https protocol and matches that of my site. I get various javascript issues arising if jQuery is served from http.
