- Sidebars are duplicated on Drupal 6. How to resolve the problem?

It happens on Drupal 6 because of the "Contextly sidebars" filter launched after the "Line break converter" filter on the input format. It's a 3 years old bug in Drupal 6 core. Possible ways to resolve the problem:
- Put the "Contextly sidebars" filter before the "Line break converter" on all input filters.
- Apply the core patch.
- (Not recommended on websites with existing content) Disable the "Line break converter" filter, because it's not really necessary with the WYSIWYG-editors.
