Release notes

- UI: add some field-group tab to hide the advanced settings.
- make an option of the line-item bundle(s) that need to be excluded (shipping line item will be excluded by default).
- add an option to exclude line-item when they reference a specific product bundle.
- add an optional rule set, if the user need additional conditions for free shipping.

No db update is needed.
