I have created a quiz and added a multiple choice question. When I take the Quiz, the multiple choice question is displayed with the options that I defined but there is no check box or radio button next to each question.

I have marked this as critical as I think multiple choice is probably the most common type of question and with out the ability to select an answer it renders the module unusable.

I have done some experimenting with themes and it seems that this problem relates to the Boot Strap Theme. If I switch to another theme the checkboxes are displayed just fine. For the time being I will leave this issue open, in case there is something you are to do to make the module work with the bootstrap theme.
