Hi again!

I would like to create a CONDITIONAL ACTION to send out an email based on the TOTAL PRODUCT COST. Is it possible? Because I don't see the TOTAL PRODUCT COST (Check the cost total) as an option.

Support requests are never major (or critical).

There is no condition available for order cost in 6.x-2.x, and we are no longer adding features to that branch. You could implement the condition through code in a custom module or using the "Execute custom PHP code" condition.
