TVi triggers numerous PHP warnings because it assumes uninitialized variables are the same as FALSE. In particular, TVi generates warnings about $is_done, $display->display_options['path'] and $view->disabled.

Sorry... my bad. patch in #1 reversed the meaning of one of the if statements. Attached patch corrects it.
