I'm managing a Drupal 7 installation for a client with lots of departments, each of which has its own social media. I've created a "like box" preset and block for each one, and set the blocks to display on their appropriate pages. (Block caching is turned off.) In Chrome, each box displays perfectly. In FF and IE, only the preset block that was created first is displayed. Other preset blocks, even if they are on different pages, displays a blank block.
