I have successfully installed Drupal 7.23 Core and am now trying to install the chkeditor module. I have downloaded and expanded the contents of the archive into sites/all/modules as instructed. The following step is to enable the module through Modules -> User Interface. I do not have the 'User Interface' section available - only the 'Core'. Do I need to download/configure something else prior to attempting to install this module?

You have tagged your question with version 4.7, when in fact it should be tagged with 7. Also have you followed all of the installation instructions? http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_for_Drupal/Open_Source/Drupal_7/Instal...

Most notably, downloaded and added the actually library to sites/all/libraries?

And follow the instructions to add ckeditor as an option

Thanks ... adding the wysiwyg module and installing an older version (3.6.6.1) of ckeditor solved the problem.
