Are there any more dependencies for this module other than the ones quoted because I simply cannot save a new region in my custom or default layout. Its also impossible to delete a region as well.
Status report shows everything ok. When testing this module with Spark or Panoploy it all works well on my server. I tried looking up modules included with spark distro to see if I am perhaps missing any and it would appear not so i am completely lost now.
Anyone has any suggestions?

I have the same problem. This issue has been going on for a while. It seems an attempt was made at fixing it here:

However still not working. This module would be amazing if it worked, but with this problem it is not usable. I really hope someone can help with this...quickly. Thanks!

having this issue too. any hack out there to get this to work?

To get around this I delete the old one and re-create it. not very fun :(

Saving changes to an existing layout doesn't take. Added related issues.
