greggles@dlu - I looked in watchdog for your uid and didn't see any errors. It seems to be working now so I guess it was transient.

dlu CreditAttribution: dlu commentedIt just occurred to me that it might be a Chrome vs Safari issue, and that seems to be the case. I can upload an attachment now with Safari. Chrome still fails.

gregglesMy guess is that it's a browser cache issue. I used Chrome for my test attachment.
