The problem seems to be site wide, I couldn't attach a screen shot to this issue either.

@dlu - I looked in watchdog for your uid and didn't see any errors. It seems to be working now so I guess it was transient.

Odd, it is still failing for me. On IRC this morning @dawehner_ mentioned it was also happening for her/him.

Now I can add an attachment here, but not to the issue: https://drupal.org/node/2049207#comment-7929101 with Chrome. This is what I see:

It just occurred to me that it might be a Chrome vs Safari issue, and that seems to be the case. I can upload an attachment now with Safari. Chrome still fails.

My guess is that it's a browser cache issue. I used Chrome for my test attachment.

When posting with JS disabled, I get a nice

500 Internal Server Error
