The current table workflow_scheduled_transition does not contain the fields to act as a proper field.
It needs extra fields for Entity_type, Language, Delta.

A Patch is committed here.

- It includes a hook_update function to update the table and its contents.
- It includes code changes to make the code support Field API and Entity API.
