jQuery update currently renders views UI unusable, and both modules blame each other without any resolution in sight. jQuery Multi https://drupal.org/project/jqmulti works with chosen all right, and loads updated jQuery only where I need it to - allowing views to work. Please change a vendor of updated jQuery, or make it "one of the two".

The latest version removes the dependency on jquery_update completely (thanks to #2113097: Remove jquery_update dependency. Make sure you update your Chosen library to v1.1.0.
