Thank you very much for this great and useful module.
Just tried to install Delta on next configuration: Drupal 7.23, Context 3.0 rc1, CTools 1.3, Omega 3.1 and most important PostgreSQL 8.4.2.
All works fine excepting that there is no Delta reaction in Context module.

Checking the same config with MySQL works w\o any troubles.

Seems the problem is very simple. Any ideas?

Confirmed here: no Delta reaction for Context using PostgreSQL. Didn't try with MySQL.

Just added some functions from another context plugin to delta/plugins/context/context_reaction_delta.inc

Now works perfectly :)
