Is there a way to add the FB Like Button in every comment?

This isn't a supported feature of the module at this time. What exactly do you want to do? Would the like button be for liking the comment or the story that the comment is attached to?

I'd find this feature appealing as well. In D7, comments have permalinks too so the logical behavior would be like link to the individual comment.
