This issue was found while working on https://drupal.org/node/2091367

Only local images are allowed.

There is an extra '+' button in the page which does same functionality as as ' + Add Vocabulary ' button. So, this extra '+' button have to be removed.

It seems to be caused by MENU_SIBLING_LOCAL_TASK, and affects more than just the taxonomy page:

  • admin/config/regional/language
  • admin/structure/block/custom-blocks/types
  • admin/structure/taxonomy

After investigating this a bit more, I'm fairly sure this will be solved by #2032587: Clear menu_router code out of function menu_local_tasks() when all actions and tabs are converted to plugins.
